Bhoj Reddy Engineering College for Women (Formerly ISS College of Information Technology and Engineering for Women) was established in 1997 and has been sponsored by Sangam Laxmibai Vidyapeet (SLV) headed by Dr  Ramlakshmi, a physician and administrator is the Correspondent of the College. The SLV is a registered voluntary social action group working for empowerment of women and girls through education since 1952. The Engineering College is managed by an executive committee consisting of persons with long experience in the field of education. The college campus is located in a clean atmosphere with a lot of open space and greenery with landscape gardens spread over an area of 6.34 acres. There is plenty of breeze and the campus is free from noise, dust and other pollutions even though it is located in the central part of the city. Within a short period of eight years, the college has emerged as one of the premier engineering colleges in the state.  The college is offering the following B Tech courses with intake shown against each :

Sri Teegala Krishna Reddy, the Mayor of Hyderabad, is the founder chairman of TKR Educational Society. A Philanthropist by nature, “the friend of man, to vice alone of foe”, and an urge to see our students excelling themselves in all fields prompted him to start the educational society; making it easy for education to be within arm’s length of even a rural student and providing them with an independent and easy in the for pursuing their dreams and making them come true and in the process upholding moral and ethical values.

The person who puts in all his efforts to see the students excelling themselves and takes great pride in watching them carve out a niche for themselves is none other than Dr.T.Harinath Reddy, the Secretary of the college. A calm and serene countenance with sharp, twinkling eyes, he is the pivotal of encouragement and is always on the look out for avenues, which would provide the wherewithal for developing a cutting edge to their capabilities and potentialities.

The college was headed by eminent principal Dr. S. Sudhakara Reddy obtained his B.Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Production) from Kakatiya University, Warangal, M.Tech Degree in Design and Production Engineering (Machine Tools) from N I T, Warangal and M.B.A (Human Resource Management) from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad. He obtained his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from S.V. University Tirupathi. The research work related to his Ph.D was carried out at Defence Metallurgical Research Laboratory (DMRL) and Advanced Research Center for Powder Metallurgy and New Materials (ARCI) at Hyderabad. His area of research includes Tribology, CAD/CAM & Advanced Manufacturing Technology. He is having 2 years industrial and 20 Years of teaching as well as administrative experience at UnderGraduate and Post-Graduate level at various institutions.

The College is affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kukatpally, Hyderabd. It has been approved by AICTE, New Delhi and the State Government of Andhra Pradesh and has been sanctioned six courses – Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, Biotechnology, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Master of Computer Applications.

The B. M. Sreenivasaiah College of Engineering, is one of the most reputed engineering college in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The college started in 1946, was one of the first private sector initiatives in technical education in India.

Popularly known as “BMS”, it is located on the Bull Temple Road, opposite to the famous Bull Temple. Though a private engineering college, it is partially funded by the Government of Karnataka. It has the largest student population of engineering colleges in Karnataka, drawing students from other states of India and abroad.

Nearly 30,000 engineers around the world hail B. M. Sreenivasaiah College of Engineering as their Alma mater.
